Welcome to Ukulele School! This is the Ukulele Chord Tutorials for Beginners Video Series! In today's video, we are learning how to play G chord with the proper hand position.

In order to produce a G Major chord, we need to play notes G B and D on the ukulele. You will use your index, middle, and ring fingers in order to achieve this with proper form.

In the ukulele chord series, each video is dedicated to learning how to play one chord. In this case, the chord is G, also known as G Major.

I saw a video on YouTube kind of like this yesterday on January 4th 2018. I wanted to post a video like this but I never knew the chords for the song. So I searched how to play Lips Are Movin by Meghan Trainor on the ukulele. I learned the chords and started playing. The fact that surprises me is that it only took me less than 24 hours or a day to get it down. Not to brag, but I I am good about self teaching myself certain things I want to know.
